Andy Baker is Head of Vibrant & Connected Communities at Minderoo Foundation, where he leads a national body of work empowering communities to thrive through arts and culture and active community participation. Prior to joining Minderoo, Andrew held various roles in the not-for-profit arts industry in WA. Andrew spent several years training and working as a theatre artist and producer, and also worked as a lawyer across the private and government sectors. He’s spent the last 10 years working in arts management, driven by a curiosity about how arts, culture and creativity can be better utilised for community impact and improving lives.
